Building Designing
Building designers essentially are architectural designers.
We are not draftsmen. We work together with you to provide you with an architectural design that suits you and the building regulations of our nation, state and local councils.
We have studied and been tested by National Authorities to provide you with plans for builders to use to quote, to build and to give to our councils or private certifiers to approve.
Some people have very strong opinions about design. Whether they are correct or not, we will always advise you through out the project to the pro's and con's but never ignore your requests if you are definite of what you want.
Development Application Documentation
Local authorities have a series of regulations and standards that you can comply to get your project quickly, however, at times a project may not fit exactly within the confines of all the regulations and standards. That’s where we can help.
We can help you with all the documents you need for such a submission and we work along with other professionals to ensure your project’s success.
A Development Application (D.A.) doesn't have to be a headache!
Construction Certification
When your project has been approved for meeting the local and national standards, the next step is providing you with plans to give to your builder that helps him know how your project should be put together and meet the national standards on a detailed level.
All such documents are legal documents which will form part of your contract with your builder so these are important to get right.
Thats why we carry professional indemnity to keep you safe.

Perspectives and Animations
For those who need reassurance or find it hard to imagine or visualise a future space we are here to provide you with realistic perspectives of your project, animations and even 3D walk-throughs. How do you like that!?? See it before you build, perfectly to scale and completely editable (just in case it looks different to how you imagined!).
Our 3D rendering services are available for hire. We happily contract to other firms to provide realistic perspectives and animations so that they can help out their clients too.
